About

Hi! I'm Linda
As the decades progress, I can count many different versions of myself among the roles I’ve held in my life—midwestern stay-at-home mom, volunteer, NYC designer, Feng Shui practitioner, corporate administrator, energy and wellness coach, author, and grandmother, to name a few. And perhaps like you, as I’ve taken on each new necessary job or opportunity presented, I’ve been surprised at being able to shift, morph, and change into what’s needed in the moment—or in some cases, in the decade.
We all have different versions of ourselves that we show the world. When I glance back at my life, I see a progression of events that although didn’t make sense at the time, revealed a pattern and wisdom down the road, as if each puzzle piece fit together to form a picture that was meant to be. Through it all the mantra 'it’s not what you have, it’s what you do with it that counts' has been my touchstone. This overarching philosophy coupled with practical, common sense solutions to everyday living has helped me gather ingredients for living a happier and healthier life—one that points toward a more joyful existence. This blog is a chance to share my lifestyle recipe with you.
